Thank you for shopping with The Agro Ventures. We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality dry fruits, spices, and food products. Since our items are perishable, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Due to the nature of food items, returns and refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ The product delivered is damaged
✔ The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item or quantity)
✔ The product delivered is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).


2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless damaged/expired on delivery)

  • Products without original packaging (when applicable)


3. Complaint Submission Process

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at agroventures.2023@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Full name

    • Issue description

    • Photos or video proof

Our team will review and respond within 2–5 business days.


4. Resolution Options

Based on review, we may offer:

  • replacement of the affected item

  • full or partial refund to the original payment method

  • store credit coupon usable on future purchases

The resolution type depends on product condition and availability.


5. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds may take:

  • 3–10 business days for prepaid orders

  • UPI/wallet refunds may process faster

  • Bank and card processing times may vary depending on the payment provider


6. Incorrect Delivery Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • No response from customer

  • Refusal to accept without valid reason

No refund will be issued. A re-delivery may be arranged at additional cost (if accepted).


7. Quality Disclaimer

Food products such as dry fruits and spices may vary slightly in size, texture, and colour due to natural sourcing. These variations are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing allergy information and storing items properly after delivery.


8. Policy Amendments
